Marianne has excelled in insurance law and personal injury matters for almost 30 years. She is a diligent and reliable advocate acting as counsel in various Superior Court of Justice and administrative tribunal proceedings, particularly the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Marianne has extensive and multi-faceted mediation experience, in recent years, most notably utilized in regular attendances on behalf of insurers.
She provides sound practical advice to complex insurance issues, creates solutions, and is adept at risk management. Marianne’s practice reflects the Firm’s consistent ability to build and maintain durable client relations and achieve excellent case outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
Marianne has contributed her time to Durham Region community organizations, including the presidency of Personal Attendant Care, providers of long-term essential care to physically disabled persons, and as a Director of the Durham Region Law Association.
